Todd graduated from the College of the Ozarks in Branson, Missouri and was co-captain of the Ozarks baseball team.  He then attended the Western Michigan University where he earned his Masters degree and completed all course work towards a doctorate degree at Andrews University in Berrien Springs.

Prior to purchasing the agency in 2002 he served as an assistant baseball coach at the University of Notre Dame and Holy Cross College, and was a Principal at a local Middle School.

Todd and his wife Amy, live in Niles, Michigan, with their children Maris (21, Western Michigan University), Brock (20, Northwood University), Mason (15), Dominic (13), and Isabella (6).

Role

Todd handles the day to day operations and is in charge of leading agency growth.
